Drawing from her 18 years of experience climbing the world’s highest peaks, Joyce has crafted a dynamic 45-minute workout designed to get you mountain-ready, whether you're an aspiring adventurer or looking to push your fitness to new heights.

The session will conclude with a special segment led by wellness expert Melanie Taylor, who will guide participants through breathing techniques and relaxation practices, essential for managing stress and improving focus during mountain climbs.

This session is open to all fitness levels and promises a fun, challenging, and inspiring outdoor experience.
